Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

In original condition

With tags attached where applicable

In original packaging
Because every disc we sell is individually photographed, weighed, and measured, returned discs must be in the exact condition (including the tag) they were received.
To start a return, contact us at support@hazyshade.com with your order number. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@hazyshade.com right away. We’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
